Face Off For A Cause Announces Captains

 

Orlando, Fla. (Feb. 8, 2010) – he Samaritan Team has named the eight honorary captains of the third annual Face Off For A Cause.  Andrew Coughlan, Carlos De Leon, Kevin Grafeld, Kevin Keith, Ian Lennon, Rafael Lopez, Severa Rodriquez and Paul Smith – all Wounded Warrior Project TRACK students – will serve as captain with one of the eight college teams.  TRACK is the only education center in the nation designed for wounded warriors.

“As a former Marine and combat veteran, I am honored to be able to stand on the same field of play with our eight honorary captains,” said Greg Robinson, The Samaritan Team Event Director for Face Off For A Cause.  “These unwavering individuals have given so much and ask for so little in their quest to return to civilian life.  This is by far one of the greatest events that I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of.”

A two-day lacrosse showcase benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project, Face Off For A Cause will take place Friday, Feb. 12 and Saturday, Feb. 13. Over 20 high school games will take place at various locations on Friday, Feb. 12. The college games begin at 12 Noon at Boone High School on Saturday, Feb. 13
