SFU by 6 - WWU is legit, but SFU is legit-er.

PSU by 3 - I see this as a big year for WULax, but not quite big enough this early as PSU has certainly been on the up-and-up.

UofO by 8 - This is conservative.

Keep in mind the mini-Civil War this weekend is only a scrimmage. I doubt either team will show a lot in this game and both teams will likely open up their benches. I wouldn't take much from the result in this one. . .

Agree with the win here by SFU, but by no means a mere 6 goals. SFU wins this one 18 to 6, winner by 12. Also, Stewart makes 17-20 saves.

See, I would've said something like that, but this UW - WWU score has rattled me somewhat.

Yeah WWU possibly had one legit win over a possibly meaningful D1 team who had a rough start to the season. We'll see...I would probably give SFU more credit than 6 goals.

I see this as a big year for Bearcat Lacrosse as well, I also see this as a big year for PSU lacrosse. I think PSU will win this won easily.

I doubt the saves stat, Shawn. The Clansmen are carrying three goalies this season, including a Frosh who is reportedly as talented as he is short (5'4"?). Since this will be SFU's only tune-up game before their brutal "Bataan Death March" of an OOC schedule begins next month -- and their only game until after the Olympics are concluded -- look for the bench to be emptied no matter what is happening in the game and for all three Keepers to get some serious playing time. I doubt that Dean-O and his infamous capri shorts will see much more than a quarter of action in this one.

I thought the same thing, then I noticed that the games posted only involved PNCLL teams.

I see this as a big year for Bearcat Lacrosse as well, I also see this as a big year for PSU lacrosse. I think PSU will win this won easily.

I remember one time you made fun of my grammar, but I will let this won slide.

This one I feel will be a lot closer than people think. Portland State returns four of their top five scorers from last year which looks good but those four only had 3.4 goals per game collectively last year. Willamette returns their top five leading scorers; Ian McAnnis and Addam Fishel averaged 5.4 goals per game between the two of them. I called the D-II team winning last week so I don’t know if I can do it again. As much as I want to see Willamette win, I am going to say PSU by a goal.

I think the Simon Fraser game will be a little easier to call. SFU just has too much on offense for this game to be close. I wouldn’t be too surprised to see SFU put up close to 20 goals and holding WWU to about eight.

Pacific cancelled their trip up, so there are no games.
